MeddMax LLC (“Medd Max”) provides medical supply distribution, group purchasing, procurement and spend-reporting services to healthcare facilities. This policy covers meddmax.com.

What we collect

• Information you send us through our contact form: your name, facility, email, phone, message and any invoice you choose to attach. We use it only to respond to you and prepare your savings review.
• Website usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected with cookies and similar technologies, including advertising tools from Meta, LinkedIn and Google.

Advertising and cookies

We use these tools to measure our website and to show Medd Max ads to people who have visited it. We do not share the contents of our contact form, or any attached invoices, with advertising platforms. You can opt out of interest-based ads through your browser settings, aboutads.info/choices, and the ad settings of each platform.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, email and website hosting), or when required by law.

Security

Invoices and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered only to Medd Max staff. Please do not include patient or resident health information in anything you send through this site.
